Situated in a lovely quiet street of the park is this newly built light-filled cabin. Featuring an open plan kitchen/living/meals area and hard-wearing floorboards throughout makes for a spacious area large enough for the family to relax and enjoy during the day, whilst accommodating extra guests overnight are the 2&3 seater sofas which can be moved to create a larger open space. The living room includes a 42” flatscreen LG tv.
The white gloss kitchen includes 600mm stainless steel appliances – upright LPG cooker, rangehood, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The floor to ceiling pantry provides built in storage and incorporates a European laundry with 4.5kg washing machine.
Each bedroom includes mattress and base ensembles for a restful night’s sleep.
Main bedroom – Double mattress and base with room for a portacot or extra storage.
Bed 2 – 2x Single mattress and base ensembles
Bed 3 – Double mattress and base ensemble.
Also included is a full size shower with terrazzo style tiles throughout the bathroom, a 600mm vanity and toilet.
Heating and cooling throughout is quick, quiet and easy thanks to the reverse cycle split system.
Outside the undercover alfresco area includes a wicker dining setting and carpark space, perfect for entertaining and socializing.
